We specialize in single-family homes and duplexes valued between $150,000 and $400,000, often requiring minor renovations to make them rent-ready. By improving each property with attention to detail, we increase its value while providing tenants with homes they can be proud to live in.

Since 2019, we’ve purchased and exited nine properties and currently maintain five properties in our portfolio. This track record highlights our ability to identify profitable opportunities, manage renovations, and generate long-term value for our investments and the communities we serve.

While residential rentals are at the core of our portfolio, we also invest in preferred equities, income-producing notes, and affiliated businesses.
