At W Diversified, LLC, our mission is to create lasting value through quality housing that strengthens communities. While Warrick County, Indiana, is our home base, we selectively pursue opportunities in other markets aligned with our investment strategy.

We focus on acquiring single-family homes and duplexes priced between $150,000 and $400,000, often in need of modest renovation. These improvements are managed with care and attention to detail, enhancing both property value and resident experience. Since 2019, we've acquired and exited nine properties while maintaining a portfolio of five active rentals—reflecting our ability to identify value, execute efficiently, and deliver consistent outcomes.

Residential rentals remain our core, but our broader strategy includes preferred equity holdings, income-producing notes, and affiliated business interests. This diversified approach allows us to navigate shifting markets while pursuing durable, long-term growth.
